Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals) to attract and identify exceptional tech candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and expand outreach.
Candidate Recruiting
• Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Metrics and Reporting
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, talent acquisition efforts, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tech talent acquisition, with a focus on remote hiring.
• Expertise in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
